See services and prices

What should I have ready when I call?

Your ZIP code, the service you need and the number of AC units, chimneys or dryer vents. Tell us what you have noticed and mention any access difficulties, such as a high outside vent or equipment in the attic.

How long does a cleaning visit take?

The time depends on how many units need attention, their condition and how easily we can reach them. Our office can discuss the expected visit length when you book.

Can I send a photo on WhatsApp?

Yes. A clear photo of the vent, fireplace or component can help us understand your question and prepare for the visit. Avoid including people, personal documents or other private information.

02 / QUESTIONS

Air ducts & dryer vents

What is included in basic air duct cleaning?

We use a negative-pressure vacuum to collect loose dust and debris from accessible ductwork, visually check the accessible AC unit area and explain what we find. Free Mold Inspection is included as a visual check.

Explore air duct cleaning

What does Free Mold Inspection mean?

The technician looks at accessible areas for signs of moisture or possible growth. If something needs a closer look, we explain the next step. This visual check does not include laboratory testing, a mold diagnosis or mold treatment.

Does duct cleaning solve health or moisture problems?

Clean ducts mean cleaner air in your home. Duct cleaning improves airflow and quality of life, can help with health issues such as allergies, coughing and colds, supports better sleep and can lower your electricity bills.

How often should I clean my air ducts?

Every year. Once we have done your service, we come back every year for a basic cleaning and inspection, to make sure your AC unit is working properly and your ducts stay clean.

What does basic dryer vent cleaning cover?

Basic cleaning of the accessible dryer vent path, a visual inspection of accessible areas, a review of visible lint buildup or restriction, and a Free Mold Inspection as an accessible visual check. Confirm what can be reached and discuss any additional work before booking.

Is the dryer lint screen the same as the vent path?

No. The lint screen is part of the appliance; the vent path carries exhaust toward the outlet. Cleaning the lint screen does not clean that entire route. Tell us where the outlet is, if known, and whether access is difficult.

UV light & payment options

What is UV light?

The UV light operates inside the AC unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, helping protect the system by reducing mold and bacterial growth on the areas it reaches. It helps keep the inside of the system cleaner over time.

Why Choose Ultraviolet Light?

Your heating and cooling system recirculates indoor air from room to room. Without enough fresh-air ventilation and effective filtration, airborne contaminants can remain in circulation. Caring for the air your family shares starts with understanding what is moving through your home. Indoor contaminants can include mold spores, bacteria, viruses and allergens. Some can trigger allergies or asthma symptoms, and some airborne germs can cause respiratory infections. Properly selected and installed HVAC UV-C equipment can help control microbial growth on the coil or drain-pan surfaces its light reaches. The equipment, placement and exposure determine what it can treat. UV does not bring fresh air into your home or capture dust and allergens. It complements ventilation, filtration, cleaning and moisture control; it is not a guarantee against illness.

Does UV replace fresh air or remove allergens?

UV does not bring fresh air into your home or capture dust and allergens. It complements ventilation, filtration, cleaning and moisture control; it is not a guarantee against illness.

What can a UV light do inside an AC system?

The UV light operates inside the AC unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, helping protect the system by reducing mold and bacterial growth on the areas it reaches. It helps keep the inside of the system cleaner over time.

How much is UV light installation?

Call our office for a quote. Price depends on the unit, selected UV equipment and installation access. UV installation is separate from the $199 basic air duct cleaning service.

Can I pay over time?

Ask our office about Klarna and Affirm options for your service. Availability depends on eligibility, approval and the selected plan’s terms. Review the provider’s terms before choosing a plan.

04 / QUESTIONS

Chimneys & inspections

Which chimney services are available?

We offer cleaning, inspection Levels 1–3, maintenance, repairs, cap and liner installation, gas log installation and chimney construction. Basic cleaning is $149 per chimney. Other work is quoted for your property.

Explore chimney services

What does a chimney cleaning visit include?

The basic visit removes reachable soot and loose buildup, includes a visual check of accessible areas and gives you an explanation of the findings. This check is different from a formal Level 1, 2 or 3 inspection, which has a separate scope and quote.

Which chimney inspection level should I book?

Tell us how you use the fireplace and why you need an inspection. Level 1 covers readily accessible areas for continued use. A property transfer, appliance change or possible damage may call for Level 2. Level 3 investigates a specific concern hidden behind construction. We discuss the right level and access before booking.

Compare inspection levels

What should I do if smoke comes into the room?

Stop using the fireplace and arrange an inspection. Tell our office when the problem started and mention unusual odors, visible damage or a recent change to the fireplace. Cleaning, a damper repair or another service may be needed depending on the findings.

What happens if the chimney needs a repair?

We explain what we found, whether a closer inspection is needed and what work we recommend. Any repair is quoted separately and agreed with you before it begins. Cleaning alone does not confirm the condition of concealed parts of the chimney.
