Duct treatment, explained before we begin.

Cleaning removes accessible dust and deposits. If a separate disinfectant treatment is proposed, we explain the product, where it would be applied and whether it is suitable for your duct material. The product label and application instructions guide its use. Treatment does not replace cleaning, repair a moisture source or guarantee a health outcome. Ask our office about the product and work included before adding it to your visit.

INSIDE YOUR HOME

Follow the air behind your walls.

Your ducts carry air between the AC system and the rooms you use every day. Much of that route is hidden. We check the areas we can access and explain where cleaning or a closer inspection may help.

KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR

When should your ducts get a closer look?

The EPA recommends considering duct cleaning based on the condition of the system, rather than as routine maintenance for every home.

  1. Heavy dust or debris

Large deposits or particles released from registers are more specific reasons to discuss cleaning than a little dust on a grille.

  2. Moisture or possible growth

Appearance alone cannot confirm mold. The source of dampness needs attention, or growth can return.

  3. Pests or an obstruction

Signs of rodents, insects, or an apparent blockage call for a closer look before choosing the cleaning scope.

AIR DUCT CLEANING FAQ

What does duct cleaning
include?

What is included for $199?

The price is per AC unit and covers an on-site technician visit, basic negative-pressure vacuum cleaning of accessible ductwork, loose dust and debris collection, and a visual check of the accessible AC unit area. We explain visible findings. Access, taxes, and any additional work are confirmed when you book.

What does Free Mold Inspection mean?

It is a visual check of accessible areas for apparent growth or moisture. It is not laboratory testing, a mold diagnosis, or remediation. A substance that looks like mold may need qualified evaluation to identify it.

Are Snake Brush cleaning or UV lights included?

The basic service uses negative-pressure vacuum collection. Snake Brush deep cleaning and UV installation are separate services. We explain the proposed work and price before you decide.

Can cleaning solve a moisture problem?

Cleaning does not repair the source of water or dampness. Underlying conditions need to be addressed to help prevent recurring growth. UV lights also do not replace cleaning or moisture control.

How can air duct cleaning help my home?

Cleaning removes accumulated dust and debris from the duct sections we can reach. Where buildup restricts airflow, clearing it can help air move through that section. Cleaning dirty AC components may also support efficient operation. We inspect the system and explain what cleaning can address, along with any repairs or moisture issues that need separate attention.

Read the EPA guidance
How often should I clean my air ducts?

We recommend an annual inspection after your service. At a follow-up visit, we check accessible AC equipment and ductwork and recommend basic cleaning where needed. The right cleaning schedule depends on buildup, recent work and the condition of your system.
